Common Charges in Woodbridge NJ
In our years of experience fighting Woodbridge offenses, we have discovered that some charges are more prevalent than others. Drug charges of any nature certainly make up a large portion of the criminal charges filed each year. This includes not only simple/personal possession cases but also indictable distribution charges involving CDS like heroin, cocaine, MDMA, LSD, and prescription drugs. Aggravated assault probably makes up the next largest block of criminal violations. In terms of traffic violations, speeding, careless/reckless driving, DWI and driving while suspended are the most common. A ticket for any one of motor vehicle charges can result in thousands of dollars in financial consequences in the form of surcharges, increased insurance rates, and costs associated with suspension of your driving privileges.
